RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1.Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in resale condition.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including hangtags attached. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
***Non-refundable merchandise include: sale items, white items, leggings, formal dresses, swimwear, bodysuits, lipgloss, eyelashes, and accessories, style me packages.
3.We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees and to send the order back. We do not provide return labels! The customer is responsible to send the order back.
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Oshuncouture.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any return items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
7. Purchases made at Oshuncouture.com CANNOT be exchanged at any physical location. Store credit is valid only at www.Oshuncouture.com
8. If you purchase an items that is pre-ordered, please allow 14-20 business days for the item to be received by us and shipped to you. If items are not shipped within 20 business days you are eligible for a store credit.
9. Only 1 return per order allowed. Once you have received your store credit and purchase your desired items, be sure the sizing is correct. You will not be able to return those items.
**Please include original invoice/order confirmation so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your invoice please enclose a note with your full name and order number. Please note... once your item(s) are returned you will receive a gift card with your credit amount. You are to use said gift card to purchase your desired item(s).

RETURN PROCESS TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has processed.
IS LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Yes, both pickup and delivery is available. When selecting the pickup option you will be notified when pickup is ready. Allow at least 2 hours to be notified. Please Click Here for information on Local Delivery.
WHAT ARE PICKUP HOURS?
Pickups are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm. We are not responsible for pickup orders left over 14 days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LOCAL DELIVERY ORDER?
All local deliveries are received the same day if order is placed before 4pm. Please contact customer service if there’s is a need by time. Please read Local Delivery for more information.

PROCESSING TIME: "When will my order ship?"
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, stolen, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed refused packages. You can track your package using the tracking number.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will offered shipping method choices and prices.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
***All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, the estimate time of arrival is: US Orders: 1. USPS standard shipping (3-4 business days) 2. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) Express shipping address must be verified for approval. International Orders: USPS priority international mail (7-14 business days)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a conformation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but this is not an actual tracking number.
